We are looking for a Caretaker who is passionate about keeping our facilities and outdoor environments in top condition. Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain, which naturally requires our lawns to be well-manicured, all lights to be on, and that we constantly care for both the whole and the details. Our destinations would fall into disrepair without our caretakers, an incredibly important role at every destination!

As a Caretaker at First Camp, you are responsible for the daily maintenance of the destination, which includes everything from mowing lawns and changing light bulbs to minor carpentry and property maintenance. You also handle reports of issues from guests, where your service mindset and ability to quickly step in makes a big difference. With a positive and solution-focused attitude, you create safety and comfort for everyone who stays with us.

Essentially, your tasks include general caretaker duties, but we also expect you to be flexible and support other areas when needed. We always work with the guests' needs at the center, and as part of our team, you contribute to meeting and solving everyday challenges.

We would like you to have previous experience in caretaking or property maintenance, although it is not a requirement. You are handy, enjoy physical work, and appreciate varied workdays. With an eye for detail and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, you easily create an overview and prioritize tasks. You see solutions where others see problems and are always ready to deliver that little extra for our guests.

As a person, you are positive and helpful, enjoy sharing yourself, and appreciate a good team spirit. If you have an education in a relevant field, it is a plus but not a requirement. We expect you to communicate well in Swedish or English to handle instructions and greet guests in a pleasant and professional manner.

We are looking for employees for the summer season with varying hours (20-40 hours/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
